 Jocelyn
daLuz - Owner/Broker
Jocelyn daLuz is a serial entrepreneur. While managing the
demands of raising a large family, Jocelyn has always
managed to create her own professional opportunities and put
110% into whatever it is she's doing.
In the 1970s it was the clothing business. In the
early-1980s she was a partner in a successful ice cream
business. And in the late 1980's Jocelyn was introduced to
the real estate business. And it has been love ever since -
even considering the often times 7-day workweek.
Before founding Water Street Realtors, Inc. in the spring of
2002, Jocelyn has worked over the past two decades for two
leading national real estate franchise systems in
Mattapoisett. In both instances, she achieved national
recognition as a "Top Producer", often times repeatedly
leading her office in sales.
Having lived in the South Coast community her entire life,
Jocelyn is well known in the real estate and local business
community. Her constant networking is behind much of the
success her business has enjoyed.
Jocelyn is well versed across a spectrum of real-estate
transactions, and in particular, the marketing of high-end
and ocean front properties. She is a graduate of the
Waterfront Historic League's Realtor Program that has earned
her the designation of "Historic Home Specialist". She is a
member of the Greater New Bedford Board of Realtors, the
Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National
Association of Realtors. She is also currently a
Director for the Greater New Bedford Board of Realtors.
Jocelyn has lived in Mattapoisett since 1975. She is married
and has four children of her own and three stepchildren. She
and her husband have a total of ten grandchildren. Jocelyn
spends her leisure time enjoying her family and is an avid
gardener and gourmet cook and loves preparing special meals
for family and friends. "Some of my happiest moments have
been in my kitchen surrounded by my family & friends".
